TeleCall Customer Service Overview:

The TeleCall Business-to-Business Module was designed to handle the complex and extensive data manipulation requirements of telemarketing/prospecting to businesses. It has been designed to be very flexible and easy to use. User defined data fields allow each user to easily customize the package to its specific requirements without the involvement of a professional programmer.
